Novato Productions is a performing arts company based in Bath, South West England. It incorporates both Novato Dance (formed in 2007) and Novato Theatre (formed in 2012). The company provides a platform for both dancers and actors to gain experience across a range of roles within the performing arts industry whilst studying for degrees at

Bath Spa University.

KIM JOHNSON,

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kim studied Commercial Music at Bath Spa University and now works as a song writing lecturer at Weston College alongside studying for her PG Cert Ed.

Kim started off as Production Manager for Novato Dance before working her way up to Managing Director. She has been with the company for 6 years now and has extensive experience in managing and producing shows. Her ability to see the potential in what started out as a small scale group of dance students and turn it into a company who perform annually at a theatre in Bath is a huge contributing factor to the company's success and unique supportive environment.

LAURA HAYNES,

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Laura is currently in her second year studying English with Publishing at Bath Spa University.

Laura has had plenty of experience in both performing and working backstage. She began dancing when she was 4, taking multiple exams and being part of several shows. She achieved an A grade at A Level Drama and most recently was part of the Year Out Drama Company in Stratford-upon-Avon; a year long intensive course involving all aspects of theatre. Her passion and commitment is what makes her a valuable member of the Novato team.
